Role Overview
We are seeking a motivatedSales Development Representative (SDR)to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in Saa
S sales, B2B prospecting, or

- customer outreach environments, and a keen interest in technology. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in driving AGR's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification:Assess and qualify inbound leads from our website, marketing campaigns, and Hub
Spot. - Prospecting:Research and identify potential outbound clients aligned with our target audience.
- Outreach:Engage with
- makers through email, Linked
In, and phone calls. - Discovery Calls:Conduct initial calls to understand client needs and pain points.
- Product Education:Articulate how AGR's
- chain optimization tools can support client growth. - Meeting Scheduling:Arrange qualified meetings for the senior sales team.
- CRM Management:Maintain accurate records in Hub
Spot and assist in developing outreach strategies and sales playbooks.
Qualifications
Required:
- 1–2 years of experience in SDR/BDR roles, preferably within Saa
S sales or B2B environments. - Proficiency in English (mandatory) and one or more of the following languages: Danish.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Hub
Spot preferred), Linked
In, and outreach automation tools. - Understanding of best practices for data hygiene.
Preferred:
- Experience with sales enablement tools and techniques.
- Background in technology sales or a strong interest in tech solutions.
- University education in areas relevant to the role.
Soft Skills
- Curious, coachable, and eager to learn, both in sales and technology.
- Team-oriented with a positive and proactive approach.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections.
- Creative thinker willing to explore different approaches to
