Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Review user reports regarding website content.
2. Monitor content compliance daily and apply corrective measures as needed.
3. Make balanced decisions and resolve inquiries according to policies and procedures.
4. Propose solutions to enhance support for the user community.
5. Review sensitive content, which may involve graphic or disturbing material.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Danish at C2 level (both oral and written). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
• Availability to cover day shift rotation, including occasional weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner with adaptability to new processes and skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to objectively evaluate and classify content.
• Eligibility to work in the EU.
