• Enhance and expand our core reporting capabilities, building advanced analytics and business intelligence solutions.
• Design and implement ETL processes and data pipelines that feed both reporting systems and AI model training.
• Build and deploy AI-powered features including predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to translate business requirements into
  - driven AI solutions.
• Optimize data processing systems and AI model performance to ensure scalable, reliable product features.
  

• Background in data engineering with experience in ETL processes, data pipelines, and analytics systems.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and AI model lifecycle management in Saa
  S environments.
• Strong product engineering mindset - you understand how technical decisions impact user experience and business outcomes.
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools (Power BI, SQL Server) and modern AI/ML frameworks and cloud platforms.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
