Position: Data & AI Platform/Solution Architect

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid)

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent data governance policies and regulatory alignment across platforms.
• Implement data stewardship, lineage, and quality frameworks.
• Design and maintain data models and reference architectures to support business needs.
• Develop and manage data catalogs, glossaries, and metadata standards.
• Drive Celonis implementations and process improvements.
• Collaborate with business units to address governmental needs and provide training and best practices.
• Ensure scalability, security, performance, and compliance of data solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years of experience in data architecture, governance, and analytics.
• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in Celonis implementations (certification required).
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern data architectures (Data Lake, Lakehouse, No
  SQL).
• Proficiency in Big Data technologies (Big
  Query, Azure Synapse, AWS Red
  Shift, Cassandra, Couchbase, HDFS).
• Familiarity with machine learning models (classification, regression,
  - series analysis).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Languages: English (mandatory), Portuguese and Spanish (valued).
