What You'll do:

• Design and define data, analytics, and AI solution architectures aligned with business goals and enterprise standards;
• Collaborate with global and
  - functional teams to design scalable and secure architectures across cloud and
  - prem environments;
• Define data lake/lakehouse architectures, data pipelines, and integration models;
• Contribute to data governance, metadata management, and master data management best practices;
• Support strategic and transformational projects with a focus on
  - driven solutions and AI enablement;
• Ensure quality, security, and compliance (including GDPR) across all data and AI initiatives;
• Act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders, translating business needs into technical architectures;
• Provide technical leadership and guidance in the implementation of
  - based data and AI platforms;
• Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are:

• Up to 15 years of experience as a Data, Analytics, or AI Architect;
• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field;
• Proven expertise in Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud);
• Strong knowledge of databases, analytics architectures, and No
  SQL storage systems;
• Experience with Big Data technologies (Big
  Query, Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Cassandra, Couchbase, HDFS);
• Proficiency in metadata management, data catalogs, and master data management;
• Understanding of Machine Learning algorithms (classification, regression, time series, etc. );
• Familiarity with data security, data governance, and GDPR compliance;
• Experience with Celonis (certification and implementation background required);
• Exposure to SAP and/or Salesforce ecosystems (highly valued);
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory); Portuguese and Spanish are valued;
• Strong analytical thinking and
  - solving mindset;
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence (valued);
• Experience in the Energy & Utilities sector (highly valued).
