Main Responsibilities

• Provide
  
  
  - and
  - level technical support
  
  for core data and analytics platforms and related business applications.
• Test and support the
  
  implementation of process and application changes
  
  across multiple data domains — Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Operations, Finance, and Sales.
• Serve as the
  
  single point of contact
  
  for
  - user requests within the supported scope.
• Coordinate and implement
  
  processes on new applications independently.
• Manage external partners
  
  and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and solution enhancement.
• Prepare and deliver
  
  
  - user training materials and sessions
  
  .
• Create
  
  engaging content
  
  for internal communication channels and social media.
• Design and continuously
  
  improve Share
  Point pages
  
  to ensure clarity and effective information flow.
• Develop and maintain
  
  communication concepts
  
  for the domain, from project updates to global announcements.
• Produce
  
  monthly newsletters
  
  and content for
  
  Viva Engage
  
  , keeping the community connected and informed.

Requirements

• Experience or foundational knowledge of
