Join our Global HR Data & Analytics team as a Data & Analytics Junior Manager focused on HR Reporting and play a key role in transforming HR data into actionable insights that drive informed decision‑making across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reports in Qlik
  Sense that provide insights to HR and business stakeholders.
• Use SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze HR data from multiple sources.
• Partner with HR business teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into robust, data‑driven solutions.
• Support recurring HR reporting processes and deliver ad‑hoc analysis with accuracy and timelines.
• Drive process improvements to enhance data quality, automation, and reporting efficiency.

Who You Are

• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, preferably in an HR or corporate environment.
• Strong technical skills in Qlik
  Sense and SQL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Power
  Point, Outlook, Teams, etc. ).
• Nice to have: proficiency in Python.
• Nice to have: experience with Qlik NPrinting and HR systems.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn and innovate.
• Fluency in English (C1 level).
