We are seeking a skilled Data & BI Analyst to drive data‑informed decision‑making by developing dashboards, reports, and implementing robust data governance practices. The role involves close collaboration with business teams to translate requirements into actionable insights, ensure data quality, and enforce governance standards across modern data platforms.

Key Deliverables

• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations.
• Prepare reports and documentation for data presentation.
• Implement a comprehensive data visualization strategy.
• Compile and analyze data to support strategic decision‑making.
• Create user stories and perform data modeling for the Data Warehouse.
• Collect ad hoc data from commercial and analytical systems.
• Design and implement dashboard access controls and security levels.
• Drive the rollout of Data Governance initiatives across multiple projects, including cataloging data assets, business assets, and data products in Microsoft Purview.
• Apply technical and functional data quality rules in Purview (e. g. , Uniqueness, Format, Containment) in alignment with the Client’s Data & AI Toolkit.
• Configure and execute data profiling and data quality scans for supported data assets.
• Set up notifications and alerts to inform business stakeholders of data quality issues via Purview.
• Establish integrations between Purview, Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics, and other relevant data sources.
• Conduct onboarding and training sessions for business teams.
• Provide ongoing support on Purview usage, Data Governance, and Data Quality best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience with dashboard tools, SQL, and Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel).
• Preferably experienced or knowledgeable in data modeling, SAS Enterprise Guide, and DOMO.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with creativity, initiative, and proactivity highly valued.
• Up to 5 years of experience in Data Governance implementation projects.
• Prior experience collaborating with clients on Data Governance initiatives.
• Proficiency with the following tools and platforms: Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Databricks, SQL, AWS.
• Hands‑on experience implementing data quality rules in Purview.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience developing executive‑level dashboards, presentations, and reports.
• Language proficiency: Portuguese – Advanced; Spanish – Intermediate/Advanced; English – Advanced.
• Knowledge of the DAMA framework.
