About the role

We are looking for a passionate Solution Architect to lead
-
- end Io
T solutions, with a high focus on data enablement and AI-driven applications, in cloud and hybrid environments.

You will bring your expertise in Data & AI and your knowledge and passion of Io
T ecosystems to design and guide the implementation of robust and scalable platforms, and Data & AI driven applications. Working collaboratively, you will be leading the assessment of options, designing the architecture, and guiding teams on the implementation of solutions for our enterprise customers.

From monitoring connectivity of Io
T devices, through data aggregation and analytics, to workflow automation or
- enabled applications, you will be at the forefront of innovation and value creation for our customers. These applications deliver major value for their products and their business efficiency, including
- time analytical capabilities, service monitoring, anomaly detection and correlation using online
- learning.

Responsabilities

• Define and evolve modular, scalable, and
  - proof architectures for Io
  T-related solutions. Enable hyperautomation across Io
  T ecosystems by integrating data, AI, and workflow orchestration into intelligent,
  - driven architectures.
• Select and map the appropriate technology components for architecture and solution requirements. Continuously evaluate and test new technologies, platforms, products, and cloud services when needed.
• Act as a technical lead and key reference for customers. Define integration architecture with external systems, identifying technical dependencies, risks, and solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in architecture strategies and technology for Io
  T solutions.
• Collaborate with business teams to align technical capabilities with monetization strategies.

Having a core focus on Data & AI driven solutions you will have strong practical experience across as many of the following as possible:

• Cloud-Native & Distributed Architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, )

• Data Platforms & Streaming → Data (Data Lakes, SQL and No
  SQL, Time-Series DBs, Graph DBs), Mediation (Ni
  Fi, Airflow, Pentaho), brokering (Kafka, Rabbit
  MQ, Hive
  Mq) and streaming (Kafka Streams, Flink, Spark Streaming).

• Data Modeling & Interaction → Data modeling and dynamic knowledge representation,
  - based,
  - series, relational and hierarchical data models; Data reports, interactive dashboards, graph and maps visualizations.

• Hyper automation → Architecting systems that transform Io
  T data into actionable insights and automated responses with low latency, integrating AI/ML in process orchestration and workflow engines (e. g. , Airflow, Camunda).

• Security & Compliance Architecture → Data encryption (at rest/in transit), IAM, Zero Trust, API Security, GDPR, ISO 27001.

  T Data Exchange Standards → Understanding of data serialization formats for efficient transport and processing (e. g. , Protobuf, Avro), familiarity with observability and telemetry frameworks (e. g. , Open
  Telemetry, Prometheus), knowledge of Io
  T and industrial data exchange protocols (MQTT, OPC-UA, SNMP, Modbus, Profinet).

  T Device Management → Secure onboarding, provisioning,

  - cloud,
  - vendor interoperability and remote device management;
• API & Enterprise Integration → Designing secure, API-first architectures using
  - driven microservices, API-Gateways (Kong, Apigee, AWS API Gateway), and integrations with Enterprise IT systems (ERP, CRM, Supply Chain Management, …).
• Connectivity Knowledge → Knowledge of Io
  T connectivity layers (e. g. , 4G/5G connectivity, LPWAN).
• Cost-Aware & Scalable Thinking → Ability to balance performance, scalability, and
  - efficiency across cloud, edge, and hybrid deployments.
• Operational & Human-Centric Perspective → Practical focus in the solution operational feasibility, user adoption and experience.
• Project & Leadership Experience → Leading
  - functional engineering teams, guiding technical
  - making, and ensuring successful delivery in agile environments

Personal Traits

• BSc or MSc in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or IT-related courses;
• 8+ years in Software Engineering and Architecture.
• Proven ability to design
  -
  - end solutions for scalable,
  - driven architecture, integrating AI-driven automation.
• Deep capacity and motivation for leading
  - functional technical teams and mentoring talent.
• Previous experience working with enterprise customers and complex solution deployments.
• You have passion for Io
  T, and you balance your innovation capacity with implementation pragmatism, while ensuring the quality and performance of your solutions.
