MAGNIFY Capital Partners is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to join our team. This is a strategic,
- on role that blends data analysis, reporting, and operational automation to support management control activities across our investment funds and portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard Development (Power BI) – Design, build, and manage interactive dashboards that consolidate financial and qualitative data for the Funds and participated companies, including strategic implementation targets and KPIs.
• Performance Reporting – Produce formal reports for investors and regulatory entities, covering fund performance, portfolio company KPIs, and relevant qualitative insights.
• Process Automation – Identify and implement automation solutions to streamline operational and administrative workflows, leveraging modern data tools and platforms.
  
  

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and managing dashboards, preferably in Power BI or other leading BI tools.
• Strong command of Power BI (or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of financial data structures, business KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Experience or demonstrable interest in fund management, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Familiarity with
  - code/no-code platforms (e. G. , Power Automate, Zapier, Notion, Airtable) is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and
  - solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork capabilities – able to work effectively across departments and with multiple stakeholders.
