Job Description: As an HR Data Analysis Trainee, you will support the HR Digital team, located across various regions. You will play a crucial role in HR digitalization, influencing global HR processes and communicating with multiple stakeholders to implement our digital strategy for HR on a global scale.

In your new role, you will:

Responsibilities

• Develop new
  - service data solutions, such as Certified Data Sources, Dashboards, or List Reports
• Support data solutions as they go into sustain, by troubleshooting and
  - fixing, enhancing and maintaining features throughout the
  - cycle, as well as enabling and supporting
  - users
• Manage relationships and relevant communication flows with stakeholders
• Trend-scout and consult on
  - related matters
• Support HR and Business in taking better, faster,
  - based decisions, driving HR transformation further

Your Profile / Qualifications

• A degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a similar field of study
• Concrete knowledge and understanding of reporting solutions & data analysis process, acquired by your educational background and/or through
  - on experience (e. g. , curricular internship)
• Know-how on Business Intelligence software – both on data flows and visualization ends - preferably Tableau
• Knowledge of HR processes is a plus
• Fluency in English (mandatory). Knowledge of German is a plus
