Job Description

As an HR Data Analysis Trainee, you will support the HR Digital team, located across various regions. You will play a crucial role in HR digitalization, influencing global HR processes and communicating with multiple stakeholders to implement our digital strategy for HR on a global scale.

In your new role, you will:

• Develop new
  - service data solutions, such as Certified Data Sources, Dashboards, or List Reports
• Support data solutions as they go into sustain, namely by troubleshooting and
  - fixing, enhancing and maintaining features throughout the
  - cycle, as well as enabling and supporting
  - users
• Managing relationships and relevant communication flows with stakeholders
• Trend-scout and consult on
  - related matters
• Support HR and Business in taking better, faster,
  - based decisions, driving HR transformation even further
  
  

Your Profile

You have a proactive, structured, and autonomous working style. You have an excellent team spirit and a creative mindset. You possess great communication skills and are an artist when it comes to stakeholder management. You can think and act strategically and like to work on new concepts, where you can apply your technical knowledge, as well as your understanding of HR processes.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

• A degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a similar field of study
• Concrete knowledge and understanding of reporting solutions & data analysis process, acquired by your educational background and/or through
  - on experience (e. g. , curricular internship)
• Know how on Business Intelligence software – both on data flows and visualization ends - preferably Tableau
• Knowledge of HR processes is a plus
• Fluency in English (mandatory). Knowledge of German is a plus
