This time we are looking for a Data Analyst eager to work in the Energy and Manufacturing Sectors to join us in Porto (Hybrid).

AT WIIMER YOU WILL

Participate in AI & data analytics
-
- end client projects, tackling complex business problems with strategic thinking and creativity, and developing solutions that bring significant business value to our clients;

Be involved in highly dynamic teams,
- disciplinary and
- industry projects (although a strong focus in the Energy and Manufacturing sectors is expected)

Be in direct contact with the client and be involved in meetings to present results and insights to the client;

Be responsible for core project activities, including, notably, extraction, transformation and loading of datasets, as well as developing learning algorithms and BI dashboards.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Degree/master’s in engineering, computer science, information technologies or related field;
• Working and/or academic background in the Energy and Manufacturing Sectors (not mandatory, although appreciated);
• Maximum 2 years of relevant technical experience in analytics /business intelligence delivering
  -
  - end projects;
• Understanding of machine learning and optimization techniques and algorithms;
• Experience in data engineering and ML programming languages (Python and/or R);
• Experience in working MLOps tools (e. g. MLflow) (not mandatory, although appreciated);
• Experience with Big Data frameworks (e. g. Azure, Databricks, GCP, AWS) (not mandatory, although appreciated);
• Experience with visualization tools, such as Microsoft Power
  BI or Google Looker;
• Experience in SQL programming with data bases, such as SQL Server, My
  SQL, SQLite, Postgre
  SQL;
• Experience with generative AI tools (e. g. Azure Open
  AI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Chat
  GPT builder) (not mandatory, although appreciated);
• Excellent English language skills;
• Knowledge in Agile methodology, using tools like Planner, Trello or Jira;
• Written and verbal communication skills.
