- driven individuals eager to shape the future of mobility. As a Data Analyst and Operation Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with our research team to design, build, and optimize data infrastructure and annotation workflows. You will oversee the annotation team, ensuring
- quality labeled data and efficient processes. Additionally, you will help optimize our algorithms, analyze performance metrics, and define optimal operating points to enhance model effectiveness. Your work will directly contribute to pushing the boundaries of Vision AI and advancing our
- edge projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Model Evaluation
Work closely with the research team to evaluate model performance and define optimal operating points using precision, recall, and other ML evaluation metrics. - Annotation Management
Oversee annotation processes and manage the annotation team to ensure
- quality labeled data and streamlined workflows. - Database Management
Manage and maintain internal research databases for
- driven
- making. - Cloud Infrastructure
Develop, maintain, and optimize
- based data infrastructure (AWS, GCP). - Benchmarking Framework
Build and maintain a benchmarking framework for continuous algorithm performance evaluation, including

- loop pipelines. - Dataset Curation
Curate training and testing datasets by querying databases and annotations, and by running data quality and
- labelling tools. - Model Execution
Run algorithms and
- learning models at scale.
REQUIREMENTS
Technical skills & qualifications
- BA in computer science or other exact science/engineering
- 3-5 years of experience
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience with database management (SQL, No
SQL) and large-scale data processing. - Familiarity with data annotation processes and experience managing labeling teams.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong
- solving skills and ability to work in
- functional teams. - Experience working with cloud-based data infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including provisioning machines for development and
- GPU training. - Familiarity with data engineering and analytics tools such as Databricks, Spark, and other
- based platform
