About the role

A Data Analyst is responsible for examining and interpreting complex data sets to derive meaningful insights and support business
- making. Focused on descriptive and diagnostic analytics, they answer questions about where the company has been, where it is now, why current conditions exist, and what the next steps should be.

Their mission involves organizing data, conducting statistical analysis, creating data models, and collecting data requirements from Business teams.

Data analysts collaborate with different teams to understand analytical needs, identify key metrics, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements to determine the best data reporting and analysis solutions.
• Designing data solutions such as data warehouses, data marts, dashboards, and reports.
• Developing and maintaining data models, reports, and visualizations.
• Collaborating with IT teams to ensure proper data integration and management.
• Helping stakeholders interpret data insights and make informed decisions.

What we are looking for:

• At least 8 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven record of delivering actionable insights and business impact;
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis;
• Experience with data visualization tools (e. g. , Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib);
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools (e. g. , R, Python libraries like pandas);
• Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets;
• Familiarity with data cleansing and preparation techniques;
• Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and clients;
• Strong teamwork skills with a sense of autonomy;
• Motivation for international projects, with willingness to travel if needed;
• Willingness to collaborate with others.
