Overview

AIBILI – Association for Innovation and Biomedical Research on Light has an opening position for a creative and resourceful master level researcher with deep learning, image processing, and computational science skills.

The work plan to be carried out involves the development and validation of models to be used in the screening and management of blinding
- related diseases.

Minimum Admission Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering Physics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related fields
• Knowledge of Julia or Python

The following skills are appreciated

• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as Py
  Torch and Tensor
  Flow
• Experience in image processing
• Experience in developing dashboards
• Experience with
  - image or Images. jl
• Experience with MLJ. jl or Scikit-learn
• Experience with SQL, Mongo
  DB, or Cosmos
  DB
• Experience with Docker

We offer

• Salary compatible with the function to be performed
• 35-hour workweek compatible with personal and family life (9:00 - 13:00; 14:00 - 17:00)
