About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst (Azure) to join our analytics and AI team in the automotive technology sector. The selected professional will play a key role in transforming business needs into
- driven insights, supporting the evolution of analytical capabilities, and fostering a data culture across the organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Requirements Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their goals, pain points, and challenges.
• Use Case Definition: Translate business problems into actionable use cases and detailed functional/technical requirements for the data engineering team.
• Data Exploration & Quality: Perform exploratory analyses, identify data sources, validate hypotheses, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Data Storytelling: Create insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Collaboration: Partner with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Owners to deliver
  - oriented, scalable solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain structured documentation of requirements, data flows, and analytical findings.
• AI & Analytics Advocacy: Promote
  - driven
  - making and support the adoption of AI-based solutions across the organization.

Mandatory Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in
  - based environments (preferably Azure).
• Proven hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure tools:
• Azure Data Lake Storage
• Azure Synapse Analytics
• Azure SQL Database
• Azure Data Factory (including data pipeline understanding)
• Advanced SQL proficiency for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).

Valued Certifications (Nice to Have)

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900)
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (DA-100 / PL-300)
• Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Data Analyst Associate (DP-500)
