We are looking for a Data Analyst (CRM) to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and maintain integrated data pipelines combining CRM platform data (e. g. , SFMC) with web analytics (Google Analytics) for unified campaign reporting.
Analyze email marketing campaign performance: open rates,
- through rates, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
Conduct A/B tests on email subject lines, content, and CTAs; analyze results to recommend optimizations.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio) that provide clear, actionable insights on campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and data engineering teams to understand data needs and support campaign strategy.
Validate data quality and ensure compliance with privacy and security standards.
Identify trends, anomalies, and customer behavior patterns to optimize marketing strategies and customer retention efforts.
Support segmentation and personalization initiatives by leveraging CRM and behavioral data.
Assist in the creation of customer retention models and customer lifetime value (CLV) analysis.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve
- channel marketing efforts and overall customer journey.
Document processes, dashboards, and data definitions to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Mentor junior analysts on CRM data best practices and analytics techniques.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
2–5 years of experience in CRM analysis, marketing analytics, or
- driven campaign optimization.
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar.
Experience integrating marketing data from multiple sources (e. g. , SFMC, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and campaign optimization.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies, segmentation, and conversion funnel analysis.
Understanding of marketing KPIs: open rates,
- through rates, conversion rates, revenue attribution, engagement metrics.
Awareness of data privacy regulations (e. g. , GDPR) and best practices for data compliance.
Strong analytical,
- solving, and communication skills; ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
