As a Process Analyst at Ivy Partners, you will be involved in:

- Designing and documenting new processes and procedures.

- Creating visual process diagrams using Visio.

- Developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Utilizing tools such as Service
Now, Power
Bi, and Jira for process management and reporting.

- Providing comprehensive support to the Global Process Owner in process design and signoff.

About You

You are our ideal candidate if you:

- Have 6+ years of professional experience in a similar role.

- Possess expertise in using tools like Service
Now, Power
Bi, and Jira.

- Are skilled in creating and managing workflows and process diagrams, ideally with Visio.

- Have a proven track record in process analysis and delivering impactful project outcomes.
