Job Description

The data engineer is a computer developer responsible for implementing data collection and availability within the company. They industrialize and deploy data processes, such as providing dashboards and integrating statistical models, in collaboration with business and analysis teams.

Main Tasks and Goals:

• Production (50%): Ensure monitoring and maintenance of production systems, feed CRM and other programs, document processes, automate manual tasks, develop technical solutions.
• Management (25%): Implement and analyze KPIs for marketing campaigns, prepare campaign reports.
• Business Requests (20%): Analyze business needs, prioritize requests, respond within deadlines, document processes, automate tasks.
• Appendices (5%): Conduct ad hoc analyses, participate in migrating systems to modern technologies.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, data science, finance, or related.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst/Data Engineer, preferably in banking.
• Expertise in data engineering, managing complex data flows, SQL, Alteryx, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of SAS scripts, Microsoft Office, and banking sector.
• Fluent in English and French (minimum B2).

Soft Skills:

• Good communication, analytical skills, critical thinking, interpersonal skills.
