About The Job

People Analytics is the AI & Analytics centre of expertise for HR. Our goal is to support HR teams in leveraging data to help strategically manage activities and improve employee experience. To achieve this, People Analytics uses an AI & Analytics platform for data processing, visualization and AI. We offer analyses, dashboards, predictive models, and digital solutions that meet the needs of senior management, HR teams, and business units.

Location

Paris and Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Understand needs expressed by senior management, HR teams, or business.
• Translate them into an analytical roadmap (scope, metrics, etc. ) to aid decisions.
• Develop dashboards (Power BI and Tableau) and written analyses, including preparation, exploration, descriptive analysis, data visualization, clustering, machine learning, NLP.
• Contribute to monitoring and analysis of workforce trends from data collection to delivery of insights to senior management.
• Clearly communicate actionable recommendations orally and in writing through reliable,
  - quality deliverables.

Team & Work Environment

This position is within the People Analytics team at Group HR, a multidisciplinary team of about forty collaborators working in an agile mode with AI&Analytics experts and HR department stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Scientific background with experience as an analyst, management controller, auditor or consultant in a quantitative‑oriented role.
• Proven data visualization, data preparation, and machine‑learning skills.
• Strong statistical analysis communication to stakeholders.
• Experience in data processing, data analysis, data quality, and data security.
• Knowledge of BNP Paribas organization and human resources.
• Business skills: data processing, data analysis, knowledge of BNP Paribas organization, knowledge of HR, knowledge of data, data quality and security.
• Transversal skills: change leadership, analytical skills, project management, meeting facilitation, performance indicator definition.
• Behavioral skills: synthesis, communication, adaptability, results orientation, problem solving.
• Language: English advanced.
• Tools: Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, Dataiku, Agile methodology, MS Office.
