What You Will Do

In this role, you will support the delivery of emerging AI/ML capabilities within Amgen's Neural Nexus program. As part of the Commercial Technology Data & Analytics team, you will collaborate with product owners and
- functional partners to design, implement, and iterate on a layered ecosystem focused on DIAL (Data, Insights, Action, and Learning). This includes contributing to the development of an Agentic AI framework using agile methodologies. If you are passionate about technology, innovation, and making a difference, join us.

• Collaborate with the Customer Data & Analytics (CD&A) team to realize business value through commercial data and AI/ML technologies.
• Support delivery activities within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), working with Engineering and Product Management on roadmaps, releases, and backlog refinement.
• Help break down Epics into Features and User Stories with clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure
  - functional requirements such as performance and compliance are prioritized.
• Work with UX to align technical and business requirements with
  - centered design.
• Assist in product demonstrations and documentation.
• Support the launch and growth of Neural Nexus product teams focused on data connectivity and predictive modeling.
• Contribute to governance discussions and prepare materials for executive alignment.

What We Expect Of You

We value diversity and seek a highly skilled Business Analyst with a passion for innovation and collaboration. Qualifications include:

• Master’s degree with 4-6 years or Bachelor’s with 6-8 years or Diploma with 10-12 years in Information Systems.
• Experience in writing user requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Affinity for Dev
  Ops and Agile methodologies.
• Strong teamwork, deadline management, and accountability skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

• Problem-solving in AI-driven tech.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, product roadmaps, and user journeys.
• Excellent communication, including with senior leadership.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Expertise in data and analytics concepts.
• Knowledge of data governance,
  - code/no-code automation, and cloud platforms like AWS.
• Technical leadership and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Soft Skills:

• Self-motivated, analytical, effective in virtual teams, and excellent communicator.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with cloud data technologies (Databricks, Redshift, S3, AWS).
• Knowledge of design patterns, data structures, NLP techniques.
