We are looking for a Senior Data Quality Analyst to play a critical role in improving the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of enterprise data assets. This position is a key contributor to the Data Governance program, supporting
- driven
- making through strong data quality frameworks, monitoring, and remediation initiatives across critical data domains.


Key Responsibilities


  • Implement and maintain data quality management practices, including rule definition, standards, KPIs, and remediation planning.
  • Perform data profiling and analysis to identify anomalies, duplicates, inconsistencies, and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Monitor data quality compliance and support remediation campaigns in collaboration with Data Owners and Data Stewards.
  • Design and develop dashboards, scorecards, and metrics using Power BI, delivering Steer
    Co-ready insights.
  • Work closely with Data Architects, Governance teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with data governance standards.
  • Support metadata management and data governance initiatives using tools such as Microsoft Purview, Collibra, or Informatica.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy requirements, including GDPR and CCPA.



Required Skills & Experience

  • Senior-level experience (5+ years) in data quality, data governance, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI for reporting and dashboard development.
  • Solid understanding of data governance frameworks, metadata management, and compliance standards.
  • Experience with data governance or data quality tools (Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Informatica, or similar).
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and
    - solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within
    - functional, international teams.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
