Data Analyst (M/F) - Lisboa

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Marketing team at AHM - ACE Hospitality Management.

The role focuses on collecting, structuring, and analyzing data across multiple sources — including CRM systems, websites, social media and business operations — to generate insights that support marketing strategy and business decisions.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, solid technical foundations, and curiosity to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various digital and operational sources (CRM, website, social media, etc. );
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance, identify trends, and support
  - making;
• Assist in developing
  - driven insights for marketing and management teams;
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across platforms;
• Support the integration and automation of data flows between systems;
• Collaborate with marketing and management to identify opportunities for optimization and improved performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Management or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence;
• Experience building dashboards using Looker Studio, Power
  BI or similar tools;
• Solid skills in Excel and good understanding of SQL (Python is a plus);
• Analytical thinker with strong
  - solving abilities and attention to detail;
• Team player with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
