Data Analyst

• Collaborate with an international team to help the front office understand clients, identify opportunities, and detect trends.
• Work with business areas to provide actionable insights, implement
  - driven solutions, and automate processes.
• Retrieve, prepare, and analyze complex datasets using Python and SQL.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
• Own analytical projects from data ingestion to insight delivery.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and present complex analyses clearly.
• Adapt to routine changes and embrace dynamic priorities in a
  - paced environment.

Work environment: Collaborative international team, closely working with front office, sales, and traders.

Remote work: Hybrid (3 days per week)

• Technical environment: Agile/Scrum environment, Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, APIs, chatbots, Big Data tools (Py
  Spark, Presto, Airflow), CI/CD pipelines, cloud architecture.
• Expected deliverables: Reports, dashboards, automated tools, insights for strategic
  - making.

Required profile:

You have proven 4 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or quantitative analytics. You are passionate about leveraging data to guide strategic business decisions and have initial experience as a Data Analyst in financial services or global markets.

In order to carry out this assignment successfully, you must be proficient in:

• Technologies: Python (Pandas), SQL, Tableau, Power BI, APIs; familiarity with Py
  Spark, Presto, Airflow, Power Query, DAX is a plus.
• Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, CI/CD best practices, data visualization standards, ETL/data warehousing processes.
• Business knowledge: Financial markets, client insights, and
  - office operations.
