Senior Project Manager / Senior Business Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager / Senior Business Data Analyst to join our Loan Solutions team and play a key role in driving impactful data projects. This role is about ensuring project success, boosting innovation, and building robust governance frameworks — with a special focus on the Data Nexus project.

What you’ll do:

• Support operations by developing and maintaining analytical tools and reporting (e. g. Power BI dashboards).
• Partner with IT teams to design efficient, automated data architectures (ETLs).
• Build and maintain controls and KPIs to ensure data quality.
• Deliver insights and recommendations through reports for management and operational teams.
• Develop creative approaches to prevent data errors, leveraging logs mining, data science, and AI.
• Collaborate on defining and spreading strong data governance practices.
• Lead, coordinate, and implement transversal projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget are met.
• Contribute to change management strategies and continuous improvement within the Loan Solutions scope.

Technical skills you’ll bring:

• Expert: Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL (T-SQL), ETL/ELT/API, Python or similar.
• Practice: Databricks, Microsoft Fabric.

Language skills:

• English – Expert
• Portuguese – Practice
