The Opportunity:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of Power BI reports and their underlying datasets, to provide analytics to a wide range of functional teams at ECI. This person will lead projects to bring and enhance visibility into key enterprise metrics and drive action based on the resulting insights. The successful candidate should be skilled at asking probing questions for clarity and be able to explain difficult concepts to
- technical audiences. This role requires advanced proficiency working with complex SQL queries.

What you will do:

Reporting: Create Power
BI reports and dashboards that provide insights to stakeholders

Data Modeling: Design and develop data models that support business requirements

Data Vizualization: Create visualizations that help stakeholders understand complex data insights

Deployment: Oversee the QA and deployment of reporting made available for consumption; Coordinate and assist with User Acceptance Testing, conducting demos, participating in stakeholder reviews, as well as assuming the role of
- release Subject Matter Expert

Data Integrity: Communicate frequently when reports are under maintenance

Requirement Gathering: Responsible for working with other groups to efficiently define requirements and support their business objectives; these requirements will be used for tasks assigned to this role and tasks assigned to data analysts

User Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to analyze and isolate root cause of data issues and drive data cleansing efforts

Documentation: Maintain Share
Point knowledge base documentation related to solution requirements, data flow diagrams, business glossary and data lineage

Who you are:

Should have + years of relevant experience.

Education/Experience: College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information science, management information systems, or business administration or a related field or equal years of experience

Data Analysis: Proven track record of analyzing large datasets and extracting meaningful insights from them

Statistics and Databases: Firm understanding of statistics and databases to be able work with data effectively

Problem Solving: Ability to identify problems and develop solutions that can help the org achieve its goals

Communication: Strong communication skills to be able to explain complex data insights to
- technical stakeholders

Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with
- functional teams and collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals

Change Management: experience creating reports in a sandbox before pushing to Production

Dedicated to innovation of existing operational processes

Ability to effectively prioritize and negotiate tradeoffs with stakeholders

Proficiency with ETL methodologies & syncing data across disparate systems

+ years related experience and building analytic solutions

+ years working with SQL and databases

Experience navigating large datasets

Exceptional at finding trends in data

Experience applying statistical techniques to understand and quantify the relationships between metrics to help differentiate between correlation and causation

Bonus points if you have:

Working Python experience, a plus
