Data Analyst

Join the Grupo Data Portugal team as a Data Analyst and help us transform business insights into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track performance of operational processes to ensure
  -
  - end service quality.
• Collect and systematize operational data across departments, developing reports for internal and external stakeholders (internal control, clients, suppliers).
• Develop and implement procedures for random and regular audits of field interventions, including checklist preparation, audit scheduling and initial result analysis.
• Identify x
  TM equipment that does not meet minimum network requirements.
• Track current hardware status of components and terminals, identifying failures or update needs to guarantee operationality.
• Manage x
  TM network operation, including software version updates and BIOS, bitlocker, template, fallback list and IMs active control.
• Assist in analysis of critical support system functionalities, providing insights to guarantee scalability and flexibility.
• Identify, create and track evolutions (EVs) with development teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (preferably Access and Excel).
• Strong oral and written communication and fluency in English.
• Knowledge of POWER BI.
