Data Analyst

We are looking for a

Role Purpose

As a Data Analyst, you will act as the voice of the customer within the Networks domain and contribute to the automation and optimization of tools and processes that support service quality monitoring. You will transform data into actionable insights, support decision‑making with strong analytical foundations, and contribute to the delivery of superior Quality of Service (Qo
S) and Quality of Experience (Qo
E). This role is ideal for a professional with a logical mindset and problem‑solving skills, who enjoys building technical solutions and contributing directly to the continuous improvement of the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain low‑code scripts and automations to support service quality monitoring tools (e. g. , Witbe).
• Conduct ad‑hoc and exploratory analyses to evaluate how customers experience the network and services.
• Monitor and analyze Service KPIs (with a particular focus on TV services), ensuring deviations from internal targets are investigated and resolved.
• Develop data models and analytical approaches for anomaly detection, pattern recognition, and clustering of customer behaviors.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing scripts, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Present findings through clear storytelling and visualizations, using BI tools to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience with low‑code development platforms (e. g. , Outsystems, or similar scripting‑based automation tools)
• Solid background in mathematics, statistics, and machine learning concepts
• Technical understanding of telecommunications networks and TV service delivery
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, and Kibana
• Knowledge of data lake architecture, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Proficiency in SQL, R, and Python
• Attention to detail, autonomy, and ability to translate requirements into working technical solutions
