Join Our Global Team as Data Analyst — Full Funnel (Site Visitor to Revenue to Retargeting)
At Eventflare, we help companies plan exceptional events by simplifying the way they find and book inspiring venues worldwide. We’re building a

- enabled B2B platform—and now we’re looking for a
- savvy growth analyst to own and optimize our entire sales funnel.
The Role
We’re hiring a (Full Funnel) Data Analyst to take full ownership of performance insights across the entire customer journey:
- From site visitor behavior to lead generation - (SEO / CRO)
- Through sales qualification and deal conversion - (Sales Optimisation)
- And into retargeting and nurturing, both through paid (alongside SEA expert) but primarily organic campaigns (email automations) - (Retargeting optimisation)
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product—you'll bring visibility into what’s working, what’s blocking growth, and how to fix it. More importantly, you’ll help turn insights into implementation, driving tangible outcomes across the funnel.
What You'll Do
Map and Monitor the Full Funnel
- Perform a web analytics audit and create an analytics implementation plan
- Build
-
- end tracking:
from anonymous visitors to qualified leads, closed deals, and returning users. - Analyze conversion rates,
- offs,
-
- close, and sales rep performance. - Create clear funnel dashboards that guide growth, sales, and marketing strategy.
Improve Website Conversion (CRO)
- Use tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Hub
Spot to study user behavior on key pages. - Identify friction points, design and track A/B tests, and work with designers/devs to optimize UX.
- Ensure conversion experiments are well scoped, documented, and actioned.
Track & Optimize Retargeting (Primarily Email)
- Assist in building of email nurture flows together with design teams, based captured data and help build engaging value add campaigns with marketing teams.
- Lead tracking and monitoring of email nurture flows (e. G. Hub
Spot sequences, drip campaigns) to evaluate open, click, and (re-)conversion rates. - Attribute retargeting efforts (ads and email) to pipeline progression and closed revenue.
- Identify opportunities to personalize and segment email audiences based on behavioral data.
Analyze & Improve Lead Quality + Sales Outcomes
- Use Hub
Spot CRM to monitor qualification rates, lead source performance, sales velocity, and rep activity. - Identify patterns in
- performing leads and advise on improvements to scoring and routing. - Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize stages and reporting.
Project Management & Execution
- Break down insights into actionable projects with clear owners and timelines.
- Drive
- functional collaboration to ship funnel improvements fast. - Build and maintain a

- learn culture, documenting outcomes clearly.
What You Bring to the Table
- 2–4 years of experience in data or growth analytics, ideally across both marketing and sales domains.
- Hands-on experience analyzing data from Hub
Spot, GA4, and retargeting platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Linked
In, etc. ) and centralizing them in eg Lookerstudio. - Strong understanding of email marketing performance (automations, segmentation, engagement KPIs) and hubspot database management, workflows and property management.
- Familiarity with website conversion principles (CRO) and experimentation.
- Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and ability to manage projects across teams.
- Bonus:
SQL, Python, or experience with data visualization tools (e. G. , Looker Studio, Tableau).
