Randstad Digital is hiring a Data Analyst, in a company located in Porto.

The HR Data Analyst specializes in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights by creating and delivering dashboards and reports. Using Power BI as the primary tool and leveraging the Data Lakehouse and Data Warehouse, the analyst provides comprehensive analytics solutions to support informed
- making across the organization.

Hybrid work model (3 days
- site; 2 days remote / week).

Responsabilidades Chave

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to communicate insights effectively.
• Design and create interactive visualizations that empower stakeholders to explore data independently and derive meaningful insights.
• Extract, consolidate, transform, and analyse data from various systems, including Success
  Factors, Service
  Now, IFS, and other platforms, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable analytical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency while working with Data Lakehouse and Data Warehouse as primary data sources.
• Perform descriptive and exploratory data analysis using tools like SQL or Python to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Continuously improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the timely delivery of insights.
• Document analytical workflows, methodologies, and processes to ensure clarity and reproducibility.

Competências

• Experience with ETL processes and data integration workflows.
• Proven experience in creating advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of Data Lakehouse and Data Warehouse architecture and functionality.
• Familiarity with systems such as Success
  Factors, Service
  Now, IFS, and other enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience extracting data from relational databases.
• Solid understanding of data visualization principles and storytelling through data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Understanding of KPI development and reporting frameworks.
