We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a dynamic team in the fitness industry, supporting
- driven
- making across multiple departments. This is a 6-month
- based opportunity, with the possibility of extension up to 1 year. The position is hybrid, requiring 4 days
- site in Lisbon and 1 day of remote work per week.

As part of the team, you’ll enjoy free access to 41 gyms nationwide.

• Understand the structure and logic of SQL Server databases
• Analyze how business processes are reflected in the available data
• Collaborate with the data team and various internal departments
• Gather reporting requirements and build insightful dashboards and reports using Excel, Superset, and Power BI
• Transform raw data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Continuously monitor customer behavior and trends
• Degree or equivalent training in a Data-related field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles
• Fluency in English (mandatory); Portuguese and/or Spanish are a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with
  - technical teams
• Analytical, structured, and
  - oriented mindset
• Advanced knowledge of SQL (SQL Server/My
  SQL) and Excel
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools
