Responsibilities

1. Collect and analyze business requirements to create reporting and data analysis solutions.
2. Design and develop data solutions (data warehouses, data marts, dashboards, and reporting systems).
3. Create and maintain data models, reports, and interactive visualizations.
4. Work in collaboration with IT teams to ensure effective data integration and management.
5. Help business teams interpret insights and make
   - driven decisions.

Essential Skills

1. At least 5 years experience in a similar role.
2. Solid experience in SQL for data analysis and extraction.
3. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or libraries such as matplotlib.
4. Knowledge of statistics and tools such as R or Python (pandas, Num
   Py, etc. ).
5. Experience in the Pharma area is mandatory.
6. Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
7. Experience in data preparation and cleaning.
8. Good communication skills to share insights with multidisciplinary teams.
9. Good knowledge of English.
