As a Data Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, helping them understand and optimize their data. You’ll play a critical role in building our application data stack, creating generalised
- focused reporting models and tuning our AI agents to handle repetitive tasks. At all times you’ll have a product mindset, thinking about how we can automate with AI agents and generalise client requirements into product features. Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for new clients, understanding their data needs and challenges
Translate client data into actionable insights by developing Python and SQL transformations for our datamarts using dlt and dbt
Be a key contributor to the design and evolution of our data stack and product roadmap
Build and maintain ERDs (Entity-Relationship Diagrams) and mapping documentation
Translate source system schemas into
- focused reporting models
Analyze and interpret data from various sources, uncovering connections and trends across sources and domains
Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, anomalies, and insights that support strategic

Create detailed descriptions for master data files, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for stakeholders
Always looking for opportunities to automate and recommend improvements to our platform to reduce manual effort
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or similar (Master’s degree is a plus)Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a solid understanding of data management practices in a professional setting
Strong experience with dbt (data build tool); bonus for experience with DLT (data load tool) and dagster
Proficiency in Python
Expert knowledge of SQLStrong knowledge of Kimball data warehouse design and experience developing and querying data warehouses
Excellent
- solving skills and the ability to work with complex data sets
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly and effectively
Ownership mindset with a proven track record of delivering
- quality solutions independently
Experience with Post
Gres-Aurora and Apache Iceberg in S3Experience with graph databases or implementing
- based data structures
Previous work with LLM-based applications or AI agent systems
Experience with writing efficient prompts and tuning AI Agents
Experience with knowledge storage and retrieval for AI Agents
Startup experience is a plus
