Qualifications

• 5+ years as Business Analyst or BI Consultant
• Strong Power BI skills (DAX, data modeling, workspace governance)
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specs
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of KPI frameworks and data models
• Experience in BI governance and reporting frameworks
• Background in infrastructure, mobility, or utilities
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices
