Details – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure is the platform responsible for managing the Hospitality, Sports, and Leisure areas of Arrow Global in Portugal. It oversees the management of major hotel units located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira, and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and mentoring visual analytics solutions and possess deep expertise in Power BI, Snowflake, and other related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain insightful Power BI reports and dashboards to support business
  - making.
• Ensure data accuracy and interpretability in all analytics solutions.
• Collect, organize, and analyse quantitative data from multiple platforms to identify trends and patterns.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into actionable insights.
• Leverage predictive analytics techniques, utilizing Python scripting if needed, to enhance reporting and drive strategic initiatives.
• Use Power BI to focus on advanced analytical features like DAX for data exploration and visualization.
• Connect Power BI to diverse data sources for enriched analysis, emphasizing ease of access and interpretation.
• Ensure data governance and uphold security measures to maintain trust in analytics outputs.
• Design
  - friendly, interactive reports/dashboards for effective trend analysis and strategic operational insights.
• Update reports with simplified visuals to clarify predictions and streamline the discovery of growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Details' departments and management to comprehend their analytical needs and provide meaningful insights.
• Interpret KPIs and business requirements using strategic models, integrating internal and market data.
• Communicate complex analysis results and insights clearly to
  - technical stakeholders.
• Offer training and support to
  - users to enhance their ability to leverage analytics tools for
  - hoc reporting.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of hospitality or sports industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and Snowflake; advanced data modeling.
• 2+ years in data visualization or analytics engineering;
  - facing experience is a plus.
• Strong
  - solving abilities; familiarity with Python scripting for analytics.
• Ability to work under pressure with confidentiality and discretion.
• Effective at presenting complex insights to
  - technical audiences.
• Available to travel for business purposes.
