We’re on the lookout for a Data Analyst to join a
- term hybrid project within a complex IT environment, working side by side with our Closer team. ☕

This role focuses on Data Management and Data Quality , so we need someone experienced in agile environments and skilled at bridging the gap between business and IT. If you think in terms of product, data, and efficiency , we want to hear from you!

Main responsibilities:

Supporting the writing and structuring of story points with a focus on data;

Converting technical specifications and business needs into clear requirements for development;

Create and optimize processes geared towards efficiency and data quality; ⚙

Work closely with Process Mining and Process Automation teams;

Ensure data governance and quality throughout its lifecycle.

Profile:

Solid experience as a Data Analyst, working across business and IT;

Ease of communication with technical and
- technical stakeholders;

Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, Data Efficiency and Data Scope;

We value experience with data cataloging and governance frameworks;

Seniority: Senior profile or with 3+ years of experience, provided they have good soft skills. Tech stack:
