We seek a Data Analyst willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team. The professional will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources, transforming it into actionable insights to support strategic
- making.

Key responsibilities:

• Collecting, processing, and validating data from various systems.
• Developing reports and dashboards to monitor business metrics.
• Identifying patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities through descriptive and diagnostic analysis.
• Supporting business teams in gathering requirements and defining key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborating with different departments to promote effective use of information.

Desired profile:

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Management, or related fields.
• Experience in data analysis and proficiency with tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or other visualization platforms.
• Strong ability to interpret and communicate results clearly and effectively.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and
  - solving orientation.
• Team player with adaptability to dynamic environments.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Apache Flink, Kafka, or streaming technologies.
• Experience with serverless architectures.
• AWS, Azure, or similar certifications.
