CHALLENGE:

As a Data Analyst, you will play a central role in supporting strategic planning, enhancing business analysis, predicting outcomes, and understanding complex data relationships.

You will work closely with business users to understand their questions, propose and design solutions, and collaborate with other teams to implement them.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Define and execute data analysis to support
   - making.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data, analyze, and deliver scaled presentations.
3. Develop and automate reports and dashboards to provide insights, define priorities, and inform stakeholders and leadership.
4. Verify and validate data accuracy and report quality.
5. Optimize internal processes to increase operational efficiency.
6. Contribute to fostering a
   - driven culture.

PROFILE:

1. Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of experience in data analytics.
3. Interest and experience in data, metrics, analysis, and trends, with knowledge of measurement, statistics, and program evaluation.
4. Experience leveraging data to solve
   - world problems, requiring a good understanding of business processes and data flows.
5. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
6. Familiarity with Python for analysis and knowledge of retail algorithms is a plus.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Ability to work in a
   - paced environment.
9. Strong critical thinking and
   - solving skills.
