We are in search of a
Data Analyst
to join our innovative team as our new
#bloqstar
. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in
designing and maintaining dashboards, responding to
- hoc data requests, and collaborating with colleagues to continually elevate 's support processes.
What You'll Be Doing

• Build
  - time and periodic reporting tools to track ticket volumes, SLA adherence, and operational KPIs;
• Investigate spikes in issues, unusual trends, or
  - specific concerns and produce clear, concise findings;
• Collaborate with the Tooling Specialist to ensure accurate data flow from various systems;
• Present actionable recommendations to the Intelligence Team Lead and other stakeholders;
• Prepare periodic business review reports and performance summaries for customers, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

What You'll Bring To The Table

• Experience with BI platforms (e. g. , Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and data manipulation (SQL, Python, etc. );
• Ability to dissect complex data sets and identify root causes behind trends;
• Capable of explaining technical findings to both technical and
  - technical audiences;
• Comfortable working
  - functionally with support managers, tool specialists, and engineering teams;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
