What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain insightful reports and dashboards using Qlik to support key business decisions in commercial and financial areas.
• - Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• - Build and automate advanced dashboards in Google Sheets, leveraging complex formulas and scripts.
• - Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and validate data across various databases.
• - Collaborate closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear deliverables.
• - Document IT tools, processes, and workflows to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing.
• Who you are:
• 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst
• - Highly skilled in Qlik (Sense or View) and other reporting tools.
• - Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with various databases.
• - Experience with Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, automation, and scripting.
• - Familiar with IT documentation standards and ticketing systems.
• - Nice-to-have: Experience with Tableau or other BI tools, knowledge of Python or other scripting for automation, and a good grasp of data visualization best practices.
• - Fluent in English
• - Based in Lisbon or Oporto, available to work onsite twice a week in a hybrid model.
