We are looking for a Data Analyst (SAS Enterprise Guide) to join one of our biggest clients, a leading company in the insurance sector with a strong focus on innovation, customer experience, and digital transformation.

Location: Lisbon (hybrid)

What you will do:

• Collect, process, and analyze marketing and CRM data to support business performance strategies.

• Develop and maintain datasets and reports using SAS Enterprise Guide.

• Apply statistical methods and marketing analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

• Build and optimize dashboards in Excel and Power BI to track key performance indicators.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support
- making across marketing and business teams.

• Collaborate with
- functional teams to improve data processes and reporting workflows.

What you are like:

• Academic background in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or similar.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in Marketing or CRM contexts.

• Proficiency in SAS Enterprise Guide.

• Strong knowledge of statistics and
- driven techniques in marketing analytics.

• Proficient in Excel and Power BI (or other data visualization tools).

• Ability to prepare reports and presentations (Power
Point) to communicate business insights.

• Responsible, autonomous, and proactive mindset.
