We’re looking for a Tracking & Data Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic marketing and communications team and take ownership of how we capture, interpret, and act on marketing and digital performance data.
As our Tracking & Data Analytics Specialist, you’ll be the
- to expert for ensuring our client channel development and marketing campaigns are powered by accurate, insightful data. You’ll manage the setup and maintenance of analytics and tracking systems, build dashboards that surface meaningful insights, and support optimisation through
- driven recommendations.
This role blends technical capability with analytical thinking and communication skills - perfect for someone who loves solving data puzzles and translating numbers into actionable stories.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Tracking & Data Setup
- Implement and manage digital tracking across data analytic tools, including client websites, campaigns, and internal properties.
- Configure and maintain tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Pixel, and Linked
In Insight Tag for our clients - Implement tagging requirements in GTM, using data
Layers, Java
Script and API integrations where needed - Use event tracking, segmentation and audiences to create detailed customer journey analyses and determine actionable insights
- Support campaign teams in ensuring tracking consistency across paid, earned, and owned channels.
- Troubleshoot data flow issues and ensure integrity of analytics reporting.
Dashboarding & Reporting
- Work within the Research and Strategy team to determine KPI frameworks and implement tracking to monitor success
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards (e. G. , Looker Studio) for campaign and business performance tracking.
- Develop and maintain standardised reporting frameworks for BAU activity and campaign performance.
- Create accessible visualisations and summaries that clearly communicate performance and recommendations to
- technical audiences.
Analysis & Insights
- Analyse digital and marketing data to identify trends, performance issues, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Provide actionable recommendations for improving campaign performance, website UX, and conversion efficiency.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and measure impact against key KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing, strategy, design, CRO and client teams to shape
- driven decisions and inform strategies.
Optimisation & Best Practice
- Maintain a strong understanding of analytics and privacy standards (GA4, consent management, attribution modelling).
- Implement the appropriate type of attribution modelling for a client’s
- channel needs and analyse results to inform marketing decisions - Stay

- date with emerging tools and industry best practices in data analytics and martech. - Support the upskilling of colleagues in using and interpreting data effectively.
- Act as problem solver when discrepancies arise in data, across platforms and tracking for clients, and act as a ‘source of truth’.
OTHER DUTIES
- You are expected to perform various tasks as necessitated by your evolving role within Rippleffect Group and its overall business objectives, as reasonably requested by your designated manager or the CEO.
- You must read and ensure you understand the current versions of our policies and procedures and undertake to act in accordance with them at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Expert knowledge of data handing and its collection using GTM, including Java
Script and data layers - Expert analytical and
- solving skills - Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking, UTM management and data validation
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (including Excel)
- Ability to communicate technical insights to
- technical audiences - Experience in web and marketing analytics with a focus on Google Suite
- Experience troubleshooting tracking and data discrepancies, and implementing solutions independently
- Advanced GA4 knowledge
- Advanced Google Tag Manager knowledge
- Experience in analysing web and marketing data and providing insights to improve marketing and web performance
- Experience working with API integrations
- Experience using Google Looker Studio and Supermetrics
- Experience working with clients and communicating their data back to them
- Familiarity with marketing platforms (Google, Bing, , Linked
In, Tik
Tok, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc. ) - Experience setting KPIs and outlining tracking journeys that communicate performance to clients

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
- Professional marketing accreditation (e. G. , CIM, IDM) or recognised digital marketing certifications (e. G. , Google, Hub
Spot, Linked
In, Meta). - Experience with Google Big Query
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing data (such as Salesforce)
- Experience analysing website performance data and prescribing solutions to Design and Marketing teams for further testing through CRO
- Experience working in data science innovation such as applications of AI for a digital agency
