Position: Data Analytics Manager

Description: As a Data Analytics Manager, you will oversee all aspects of data analysis for our company in Porto. Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Porto, Portugal

Responsibilities:

1. Collect and organize large datasets from various sources
2. Analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends and patterns
3. Develop models and algorithms to extract insights
4. Collaborate with
   - functional teams to understand needs and provide solutions
5. Present findings and recommendations clearly to management
6. Train team members in data utilization
7. Stay updated with industry trends and suggest new tools or techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, or other data analysis languages
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large datasets
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Attention to detail and
  - solving skills
• Knowledge of data mining and machine learning (a plus)
• Experience in the retail industry (a plus)
