Data and Analytics Project Manager
Broster Buchanan are partnered with a global leader in the healthcare industry who are looking for a Project Manager with experience in managing complex data and analytics projects as part of a huge implementation of a new technology operating model, aiming to improve global efficiency with a new centre of excellence. This would suit a highly experienced PM with experience managing complex data or analytics projects across global teams.
On offer is a salary of €60k - €90k + a bonus and a hybrid working pattern with 2/3 days onsite in Porto and 2/3 days working remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage data, AI and analytics projects

- day, ensuring prioritisation meets operational challenges and that delivery is achieved against agreed schedule, budget and quality - Maintain comprehensive visibility over timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate project documentation reviews, apply consistent governance, support audits and drive capacity planning and resourcing to maximise operational efficiency
- Clear obstacles and impediments blocking the team and protect the team from external interruptions and distractions.
- Promote and embed agile ways of working across the team to drive delivery efficiency, prioritisation and responsiveness to change.

E and cross functional teams, fostering morale, collaboration and continuous improvement across complex project portfolios - Ability to work with the Business and IT stakeholders through open dialogues that manages their expectations & helps set agreed objectives
- Represent project progress to senior management and key stakeholders, reviewing delivery against time, cost, quality, risks and issues
- Partner with third parties to deploy analytics to deliver data initiatives business value and define approaches to embed and scale analytics
Requirements:
- Extensive Project Management experience delivering projects/programmes across one or more capabilities in the Data Engineering and Analytics space, with exposure to technologies like data lakes, data warehouses, BI/Dashboard creation etc
- Good knowledge of modern advanced data analytics practices, including experimentation, AI and automation
- Strong leadership style with the gravitas and ability to manage key stakeholders.
- Experience of management of delivery to budget, and associated financial reporting / forecasting to ensure you are aware of the financial performance of projects
