We are recruiting a Data Architect for a multinational company in the Energy Sector. The Data Architect will report to the Head of IT and work closely with client business units and partners. The role involves defining and implementing the company's Data Model, primarily based on B2C business needs, ensuring data quality and completeness, supporting AI initiatives, and promoting data democratization across the organization.

Responsibilities

1. Define and maintain the overall data architecture framework aligned with business goals.
2. Design scalable, efficient, and secure data models and structures.
3. Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
4. Collaborate with business units to support AI projects and facilitate easy data access and innovation.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Management, and Data Governance.
• Expertise in Microsoft products; experience with other tech stacks is a plus.
• Knowledge of Cloud & Infrastructure platforms such as Azure (preferred), AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Proficiency with Databases & Data Processing tools like SQL (Postgre
  SQL, SQL Server), No
  SQL (Mongo
  DB, Cassandra), Spark, Kafka, Airflow.
• Experience with BI & Analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and programming languages like Python, R, and Machine Learning platforms like Azure ML, Tensor
  Flow.
