Ideal candidates will be able to:

• Collaborate with Mode Leaders and customers to create innovative rate management and negotiation tools in Excel (requires an understanding of complex formulas, macros, and VBA)
• Create analytic reports and tools for customers
• Manage and clean large data sets from transportation providers
• Assist in implementing process improvements and changes through technical inventiveness
• Collaborate and work with supervisors,
  - workers, customers, and vendors
• Special projects as assigned
• Occasionally work outside of regular hours
• Capable of domestic and international travel - proper travel documentation required

It is mandatory to master Excel VBA programming. Ideally candidate should have worked in sourcing or logistics field, although not mandatory.
