Electrical Design Engineer – Data Center (Freelance)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal | Contract: 12-month freelance | Start: ASAP | Rate: Negotiable

We are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to work on
- critical data centers. You will design electrical systems, coordinate with teams, and support power system analysis.

What you'll do:

• Design power distribution, grounding, lighting, and standby systems.
• Create SLDs, schematics, and panel schedules ( Revit & EPLAN ).
• Perform studies in ETAP and design lighting in DIALux.
• Work with mechanical, civil, and architectural teams.
• Support documentation, commissioning, and design reviews.

What we're looking for:

• Experience with ETAP, EPLAN, Revit, DIALux.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and Tier redundancy (N, N+1, 2N).
• HV/MV systems, switchgear, and BMS exposure.
• Team player with
  - solving skills.
