We are looking for an Data Center Infrastructure Architect!

Mission: The Data Center Infrastructure Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing critical IT infrastructure solutions, ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and resilience. They will act as a technical reference in data center construction and modernization projects, aligning physical and logical infrastructure with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilities:

• Design and implement data center architectures (servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and security).
• Define technical requirements for new projects and infrastructure upgrades.
• Help select technologies and vendors by evaluating hardware, software, and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Plan capacity (server, storage, networking, and power sizing).
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery (HA, clustering, replication, backup/restore).
• Prepare technical documentation (HLD – High Level Design, LLD – Low Level Design, runbooks).
• Work with multidisciplinary teams (security, operations, development, suppliers).
• Support audits and regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, Regulators).

Requirements :

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure.
• Proven experience in data center implementation or migration projects.
• Experience in critical environments (finance, telecommunications, healthcare, or industry).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing data centers.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Virtualization: Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM), VMware, or KVM.
• Servers: HPE, Dell, Lenovo, or equivalents.
• Storage: SAN, NAS, SDS, synchronous/asynchronous replication.
• Networks: switching, routing, VLANs, load balancers, firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto).
• Security: WAF, segmentation,
  - segmentation, access control.
• Backup and DR: RMAN, Veeam, Commvault, 3-2-1 policies, RPO/RTO.
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud (Azure, AWS, OCI) and integration with
  - prem.
• Valued certifications:
• VMware VCP / Oracle OCP / Red Hat RHCSA/RHCE.
• Cisco CCNP/CCIE.
• ITIL v4 Foundation / Expert.
• TOGAF (preferred).
• Critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Strong results orientation and resilience in

• Good communication skills with technical and
  - technical areas.
• Technical leadership and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Good level of english.
