We are searching for an Data Engineer with expertise with AWS !

Mission: A data engineer will design, build, and maintain the data pipelines and analytics platforms using Amazon Web Services AWS infrastructure and the Snowflake Data Cloud. This role involves seamlessly integrating Snowflake with various AWS services to manage the full data lifecycle. We need candidates who have strong experience operating at large scale. This includes high volume data systems, enterprise level environments, and working within large tech teams.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and building data pipelines using AWS S3, Glue, Lambda and Kinesis.
• Data modelling and architecture in Snowflake.
• Performance tuning and cost optimization in AWS and Snowflake.
• Automation with Apache Airflow, AWS Step Functions, or Snowflake Tasks.
• Data governance and security using Snowflake RBAC or AWS IAM.
• Collaboration with data scientists, analysts and engineering teams.
• Developing data quality standards, procedures and reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience with 5 to 7 years of experience in Data Engineering, with large scale experience
• Experience with AWS Step Functions.
• Strong Snowflake expertise.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with SQL.
• Apache Airflow.
• Snowflake Tasks or one orchestration tool Snowflake preferred.
• Snowflake Certification preferred.
• AWS Certification preferred.
• English required, both spoken and written.
