We are looking for a versatileData Engineer & Scientist (f/d/m), who will play a key role in structuring and operationalizing our data, enabling teams to access insights and tools without relying on spreadsheets or manual workarounds.
YOUR MISSION
- Own, design, implement, and maintain data pipelines using Python (and Airflow).
- Explore and implement use cases with large language models (LLMs) to improve data workflows and automation.
- Structure and optimize our data lake and warehouse environments.
- Integrate and manage data in AWS using S3 and Lambda.
- Support the migration from Google Sheets to scalable and automated data systems.
- Build internal data interfaces using
- code or
- code tools, enabling
- technical users to input and retrieve data easily. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to understand data needs and
- design solutions.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Strong Python skills for data processing and automation, knowledge of Airflow is a plus.
- Excellent SQL proficiency.
- Experience working with LLMs:
- Implementation of Open
AI APIs for data automation and enrichment. - Prompt engineering for dynamic queries and natural language interfaces.
- Experience with model evaluation and
- tuning is a plus.
- Implementation of Open
- Proven track record in building and maintaining data lakes or similar architectures in a cloud environment.
- Experience in analysing and modelling risk data sets is a plus.
- Ability to lead projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- A valid working permit in Germany.
